How do I register as an exhibitor for ISSA/INTERCLEAN Amsterdam 2012?>>
Fill in the registration form and send it to the project team. After receiving the registration form you will receive a confirmation of registration.
What are the opening hours of ISSA/INTERCLEAN Amsterdam 2012? >>
- Tuesday 8, Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 May from 10.00 - 17.00 hours
- Friday 11 May from 10.00 - 16.00 hours
Exhibitors wearing a valid exhibitor badge can enter the exhibition halls daily from 08.00 until two hours after closing of the exhibition.
What are the build up and dismantling times?>>
Amsterdam RAI will be open for delivery of goods on: - Wednesday 2 May – Friday 4 May 08.00 - 22.00 hours
- Saturday 5 – Monday 7 May 08.00 - 17.00 hours
Removal of goods is possible from Friday 11 May 17.30 to Monday 14 May at 17.00 hours.
Ready-to-exhibit stands can be decorated Monday 7 May 08.00 to 17.00 and should be cleared Friday 11 May by midnight.

What are the conditions for building your own stand?>>
A stand design must be submitted to the organisers for evaluation and approval no later than 1 February 2012.
Is it possible to rent a stand? What does this stand construction package include?>>
Yes, a ready-to-exhibit stand construction package is available. On the website you can find 3 different packages.

How many free exhibitor badges will I receive?>>
The number of badges is based on the number of square metres of your stand:

Co-exhibitors will automatically receive two free exhibitor badges.
How do I receive the exhibitor badges?>>
Exhibitor badges will not be sent out by regular post. You will receive a login code to enter your Exhibitor Management Portol (EMP). In the map ‘Modules’ on the EMP you can register your stand personal and send out digital invitations.. The link to this online system will be available from February 2012. After completing the registration process you will receive a confirmation e-mail including a voucher. Please print this voucher and present this at the ISSA/INTERCLEAN Amsterdam 2012 exhibitors registration desk to receive your personalized exhibitor badge(s).
How do I order invitation cards? >>
As an exhibitor you are entitled to 50 invitation cards free of charge. Via the Web shop in the Exhibitor Management Portal you can order extra invitation cards or send digital invitation cards. You can choose from two language templates (Dutch, English) which can be customised with your company logo and company details.

The category winners and overall winner of the ISSA/INTERCLEAN Innovation Award 2012 will be announced during ISSA/INTERCLEAN Amsterdam at Amsterdam RAI. The ceremony will be open to all exhibitors at ISSA/INTERCLEAN 2012 in possession of an exhibitor badge.
Is there a registration fee charged if I would like to enter a product for the ISSA/INTERCLEAN Innovation Award competition?>>
A registration fee of € 150.00 (excl. VAT) per product entry will be charged. For 2012, the entire proceeds of the ISSA/INTERCLEAN Innovation Award will go to AMREF Flying Doctors.
What can I do in case of problems with uploading pictures?>>
Check if the picture you are trying to upload is indeed a JPG format picture of a minimum of 300 dpi.The picture is in RGB (web) colors and not in CMYK (print) colors
I keep having problems saving my application.>>
All fields marked with a * are obligatory. If an 'error' note is shown on the screen, please check all fields to see if all the information is still in all fields. If you use too many characters in the motivation fields, the system will tell you at the end when you try to save your application. Make sure that you keep within the amount requested. Please note that the total amount of characters mentioned, is including spaces and marks.

A MyPage is a company presentation on www.ISSAINTERCLEAN.com, which gives you the opportunity to edit and update your company profile. ISSA/INTERCLEAN.com is a business-to-business website that brings together buyers and sellers. Initiated by ISSA/INTERCLEAN, ISSA/INTERCLEAN.com is the most comprehensive online catalogue for the cleaning industry. All ISSA/INTERCLEAN Amsterdam 2012 exhibitors are automatically entitled to a two-year membership of ISSA/INTERCLEAN.com. The information you provide will be published on the site directly and is free of charge.
How do I update my MyPage?>>
You can update your MyPage via the Exhibitor Management Portal (menu item MyPages).
Will my company details for the catalogue automatically be transferred from my MyPage? >>
No, the catalogue data must be filled in separately via the Exhibitor Management Portal (menu item MyPages).
Will my company description from the previous edition of ISSA/INTERCLEAN automatically be transferred to the present catalogue?>>
No, you need to fill in the catalogue forms for ISSA/INTERCLEAN 2012 again. Failure to do so will mean only your address details will be mentioned in the catalogue.

How can I promote my new product(s) to the trade press?>>
You can promote your new product by filling in the New Products application form via the Exhibitor Management Portal (menu item: New Products). The page ‘Free Publicity (press)’ contains information on how to provide press information or a press kit.

Via Amsterdam RAI Hotel & Travel Service you can book a hotel room for attractive rates. You can also book your flight or car via RAI Hotel & Travel Service.
