2 New Ways of Working and the effect on the cleaning industry >>

The new way of working means that people can work how, where, when and with whom they prefer. The main goal is to be more efficient and effective in the workplace and to enable a higher level of employee satisfaction. This enables organizations to be more productive and to attract and retain new talent.

The new way of working changes the workplace, the way we structure the organization, the flow of work processes, and also the way we use technology and the workspace. Therefore,  it is important to develop an integrated approach to achieve business objectives.

Speaker: Dirk W. Bijl, Ambassador of the New Way of Working (NWoW), former IT expert with Microsoft, HP, Oracle and Cap Gemini and author of three books including Journey Towards the New Way of Working, available in English.
